The DELTA POINTs of Sales Excellence™ are 12 crucial principles of selling, influencing, and persuading that you can teach to your team anywhere in the world.
These sales lessons are delivered in a 45-minute conference call once a month. The call process is for groups of 10 people or less. Each sales topic is a three to four page lesson that you will receive via e-mail. These lesson materials are designed to be the focus of your interactive conference calls. The conference calls will be conducted by a certified DELTA POINT facilitator who is also a recognized sales expert. The first half of the conference call will be dedicated to the general topic and the second half of the call will be devoted to your specific sales needs and challenges.

Each lesson plan comes with a participant self-study guide and leader guide should you want to facilitate and conduct a similar call with members of your team once you have had the lesson. The lessons include(but are not limited to) some of the following topics of interest:
